A rather big tentage was set up at the open field beside Hougang Plaza for a Chinese temple celebration. There was also a getai for the deities.

The new Kallang Leisure Park is as dead as before. It looks great, spacious and has a huge open air carpark.

The free shuttle bus brings you to & fro Marine Parade and only bus number 16 goes there.

Seng Wong Beo Temple

Seng Wong Beo Temple on Peck Seah Street is behind International Plaza.

This temple is famous for performing the ritual of the ghost marriage to the Single, Dead and Unsettled.

It’s a pity that photography is not allowed inside.
































Drop by icon village after visiting the temple for some refreshments and shopping.
