Straits Kitchen @ Hyatt

I missed the chance to dine at Hyatt - Straits Kitchen last night.

The buffet of local cuisine is at $42++ per head. I was told that the range and the quality of food are much better than elsewhere.

I googled straits kitchen and the highly recommended dishes are buddha jumps over the wall soup, butter chicken and hainanese chicken. But it seems like someone didn’t try any of these.
