Sweet & Sour Pork
- Dip pork with beaten egg, coat with flour and deep fry till golden brown. Set aside.
- Stir-fry capsicum, onion, carrot and dried chili.
- Mix ketchup, chili, light soya sauce and sesame oil.
- Add mixture and continue to stir-fry until carrot and capsicum are cooked.
- Add pepper, few drops of lemon juice, deep fried pork and stir-fry for a while.

Double boiled carrot, white radish, red dates and pork soup.

Mix of brown and white rice.
