I wasn’t in the mood to cook last night but still managed to prepare something with whatever that’s left in the fridge.
Halfway through cooking, James called informing that he will tapao some dishes back.
He came back with Huat Heng Fried Prawn Mee & Fang Yuan Satay from Toa Payoh. Apparently both have very long waiting time cos they are supposed to be rather famous.
So disappointing, the prawn mee has a strong taste of lye and the satay was not as tasty as I had imagined.
Stir fry cabbage, carrot & brinjal.
