Last day in Bangkok.
Went to Siam Ocean World (THB450 each) at Siam Paragon after breakfast.
Had lunch at the Food Hall food court. Fried spring roll, crab meat (THB110) and tom yum noodle soup (THB60). Take away mango stick rice (THB80). I like this sticky rice better than the durian sticky rice I had at MBK. Less sweet and the sticky rice is tastier.
To Big C for some last minute shopping. Bought few packs of chips, seaweed and longan.
Check out at 2pm. Took cab to airport via expressway and we paid for 2 tolls (THB45). Reached airport in about half an hour and there was a protest going on. The protesters were nearby residents and they were protesting against the aircraft noise. They even threatened to release balloons to disrupt the air traffic.
Had coconut ice-cream (THB90) and smoothie (THB100) at the airport. Last item I bought was a bottle of massage oil (THB380) from Boots before boarding.
A six hairy legged illegal Thai immigrant was found in our luggage! We have no idea when it crawled in but it didn’t survive in the pressurized (it’s either the airplane or the stuff) suitcase.
Protesters.
Ocean World feeding time.
Food Hall.
Crackers.
Massage oil.
Coconut ice-cream.
Our plane to take us home.
