Me & My Chicken Tigh

Marinated 2 huge chicken tighs for at least 6 hours but too bad James had to work late and couldn't make it home for dinner.

So, I baked one for myself. Yum yum... juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Goes well with the mixed veg.

Marinate with dark & light soya sauce, sesame oil and honey.
