Stir fry veg with garlic.

Pan fry egg with spring onion & diced red chili.

Corn, carrot & radish soup.

Roasted chicken tigh.

Marinate at least 1 hr with:
- yogurt
- curry powder
- spice powder
- chopped garlic
- chopped ginger

Grill in oven at 180°C for an hour.
