Chicken & Sausage Claypot Rice

- Marinate chicken with sweet soya sauce, light soya sauce or oyster sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and pepper for at least an hour
- Boil rice in claypot or rice cooker

- When rice is half way boiled, put in marinated chicken and chinese sausage
- Added veg and egg when almost cooked
