J.Co & Xiao Xuan Feng

I went to the airport to fetch James who touched down at 6pm. James bought back J.Co Donuts & Coffee instead of Dunkin cos almost all the major shopping malls were closed to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri. He got them from Pavilion.

They looked pretty but didn’t taste as good. The glazzy one was too sweet and the JCrown Almond was too densed. The assorted ½ dozen donuts cost RM11.50 including 5% government tax.

We came back to drop the luggage before heading to town centre for dinner. We went to Xiao Xuan Feng (小旋风).

The Shrimp Dumpling and Pork Dumpling were fresh and nice. The Zha Jiang La Mian was not to our liking. It’s so so only and the taste makes James want to puke towards the end. As for the Curry Chicken La Mian, the curry was ok but the La Mian was too thick and it’s very difficult to pull them out using chopsticks. We didn’t finish the Curry Chicken La Mian.

Back home, I found this little bug with rather unique color and prints making its way around my shoe cabinet wall.
