James cooked lunch & I cooked soba for dinner.

Korean Kimchi flavour instant noodles soup with fried minced pork wrapped with beancurd skin.

Fish fillets dipped in batter made with flour, egg, black pepper and pan fried.

Stir fry veg with garlic.

Buckwheat noodles (Soba).

- Boil water.
- Add noodles, stir and until it comes to a second boil.
- Reduce to medium heat and continue boiling for 5 mins or until tender but firm to the bite.
- Drain & rinse thoroughly with cold water.
- Drain & place on ice.
- Garnished with bits of dried nori seaweed, sesame & Spring onion

Soba with soba sauce (Soba Tsutu Daioh) at the side.

- 1 concentrated soba sauce, 1 cold water
- Add Wasabi
